I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation by phone or video call. This gives us a chance to get to know each other, explore what’s bringing you to therapy, and see whether working together feels right. There’s no obligation to continue - it’s simply a conversation.

I also offer low-cost slots depending on income, these are subject to availability.
I work both online and in person. You can choose whichever feels most comfortable for you.
